Important Insurance Information
Your dental insurance is a contract between you and your provider. It is your responsibility to know what benefits your dental plan provides. As a courtesy to our patients, we attempt to verify your benefits and provide estimates of what, if any, your out-of-pocket treatment expense will be. Estimates are not guarantees of coverage from your dental plan.
We will also bill your dental plan directly, but please remember that you are responsible for any non-covered expenses at the time of treatment. We work with most insurance carriers which are listed below but if you don’t see yours please contact us for the full list.

Patients without a dental plan have several options available to them to cover the cost of treatment, including third-party payment plans, and credit cards. All fees are due at the time of service.
